Exhibit A: this very website.

We are a new studio, so we will not pad this page with case studies that did not happen. Instead we show one example you can check yourself: the site you are reading. It is fast, it is built mobile-first, and it holds up to the same craft checks we run on a contractor's site. Honest proof of capability beats invented proof of results.

01 Exhibit A: this site

The only case study we will show you until clients go live

The honest version

Most agencies open with a wall of case studies. A brand-new studio that does the same is asking you to trust numbers it cannot back up. So we run the craft checks from our own audit on our own site and publish the result. Everything below is verifiable by viewing source, running Lighthouse, or resizing the page on your phone.

What this site does

Before

The typical contractor site we replace

  • Heavy page-builder template, slow on a phone
  • Click-to-call buried, quote form hard to find
  • Photos tiny or missing, no real proof of work
  • Name, number and service area written differently in different places

After

What this site actually is

  • Static, mobile-first build targeting Core Web Vitals
  • Click-to-call and quote forms front and center
  • Photo galleries that scale cleanly on any screen
  • One consistent name, number and service area across every page

What this site is built to hit

95+ Lighthouse target, all categories
2.5s LCP threshold we build under
100% Pages built mobile-first

These are capability targets and live facts about this build, not client results. Real client before-and-after work lands here as our first founding-rate jobs go live.

01 Speed

Built fast by default, not patched fast later

This site is static Astro: HTML and CSS rendered at build time, almost no client JavaScript, and the motion engine is one small vanilla script gated behind prefers-reduced-motion. Speed is the first thing a homeowner feels when they tap your site from a truck or a driveway.

  • Static pages, no page-builder bloat, no render-blocking framework runtime
  • All scroll work is rAF-batched on passive listeners; animations touch only transform and opacity
  • Fonts preconnected and swapped; layout is reserved so nothing jumps as the page loads
  • Targets the Core Web Vitals thresholds Google uses: LCP at or under 2.5s, INP at or under 200ms, CLS at or under 0.1 (web.dev)
02 Mobile-first

Designed for a thumb on a phone, then scaled up

Most homeowners find a contractor on their phone, often mid-emergency. So this site is laid out for a small screen first: big tap targets, click-to-call within reach, and quote forms that are easy to fill out one-handed. The desktop view is the bonus, not the baseline.

  • Single-column layouts that reflow cleanly from phone to tablet to desktop
  • Click-to-call and quote actions sized for a thumb, not a mouse pointer
  • Photos and galleries scale without overflowing or forcing sideways scroll
  • No tiny text, no pinch-to-zoom, no buttons crammed too close to mis-tap
03 Accessible & clean build

Readable, navigable, and honest under the hood

A site that books jobs has to work for everyone who lands on it, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader, or reduced-motion settings. This build uses real semantic HTML, sensible contrast, and motion that backs off when a visitor asks it to.

  • Semantic headings and landmarks, so the page reads in a logical order
  • Color contrast and font sizes chosen for legibility on a bright phone screen outdoors
  • Every animation respects prefers-reduced-motion and degrades to a static page
  • Keyboard-reachable links and clearly marked, labeled form fields
04 Consistent details

One name, one number, one service area, everywhere

Inconsistent name, address and phone is a quiet way to lose a homeowner's trust and a booking. This site keeps the business name, phone and service area identical across the header, the footer, the contact page and the service pages, so the details line up everywhere a homeowner looks.

  • Business name set from one BRAND constant and used the same way everywhere
  • Service area written one way, Dayton, Troy & Cincinnati OH, across every page
  • Phone and email match across the header, footer and contact page, so a homeowner only ever sees one number to call
  • Click-to-call links carry the same number shown in the text, so a tap and a read never disagree

Why no client case studies yet

We would rather show you one real thing than five invented ones

LevelWright sells trust: we build a site a homeowner believes and books from. Publishing fake case studies would undercut the whole pitch, and a sharp buyer would spot it. So the founding-rate offer exists partly to build real proof. As the first HVAC and plumbing jobs go live across Dayton, Troy & Cincinnati OH, this page fills in with their actual work: load times, calls from the site, quote forms submitted, and jobs booked.
